These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the Forward Vision Growth Agency (FVGA) website and the services we offer. By using our site or signing up for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
What we offer
FVGA provides website design, email marketing, and Growth Membership services for small businesses. Full details of what is included in each tier are shown on our Membership and Services pages. We may update our services or pricing from time to time, but any change to an active agreement will be discussed with you first.
Getting started
When you sign up for a service or membership, we will confirm the details, pricing, and scope in writing, usually by email. This agreement is between FVGA and the business or person named in the confirmation. You must have the authority to enter into the agreement on behalf of the business.
Payments and billing
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. One-off projects, such as website builds or email setup, are billed according to the agreed payment schedule. All fees are quoted in GBP and are payable within the timeframe shown on your invoice. Late payments may result in a pause to work until payment is received.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your Growth Membership by giving 14 days' written notice. We will complete any agreed work in progress up to the end of the current billing period. Refunds for one-off projects are handled case by case and depend on the stage of work already completed.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of any content, images, brand materials, or customer data you give us. We only use it to deliver the services you have asked for. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to use any content you provide.
Our responsibilities
We will deliver the services described in your agreement with reasonable care and skill. We will respond to enquiries within one business day where possible. We are not responsible for results that depend on factors outside our control, such as changes to third-party platforms, search engines, or your own business decisions.
Website and email usage
You must not use our website or services for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes. We reserve the right to refuse work or suspend services if we reasonably believe you are misusing the service or breaching these terms.
Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose, except where the law says we cannot limit liability. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. If we make a significant change, we will let you know by email or through the website. Last updated: August 2026.
